Home at Hesta is growing.
Our regular customers will already know that we expanded our homeware and interiors ranges with the opening of a new room in our Caldbeck shop after lockdown. This new room has proved to be so popular with our interiors loving customers, that we are now growing our range and services even further.
At a time when home has become so important, we understand our customers desire to feather the nest, the need to make home our own personal sanctuary - one that supports our wellbeing, all the while being mindful of how we can do this sustainably.
We are delighted to announce that we are now an official Annie Sloan Chalk Paint stockist. This brings a whole new world of colour and creativity to our Caldbeck shop.
To coincide with the launch of the new paint range we have also teamed up with Caldbeck based Interior Designer, A Story of Home, to offer interior design and colour consultancy services to our customers.

Chalk Paint
Annie Sloan revolutionised the world of paint when she developed and launched her range of Chalk Paint™ in 1990. Widely recognised as a global paint authority, Annie has published 26 books on paint effects, interior design and colour, and is regarded as one of the UK’s leading female designers.
Like all great inventions, Chalk Paint™ was the result of finding a solution to a problem. Annie trained in Fine Art and while working creating breath-taking murals she became frustrated that there were no paints available that met her needs. So she invented her own. A paint that would achieve endless creative and decorative effects - and one that could easily be applied to applied to wood, metal, glass and even laminate.
Driven by Annie’s busy lifestyle as a working mother to three boys, and her desire to create, Chalk Paint™ changed everything and inspired a generation to embrace colour and pattern.
